Located in Shanghai, this private textile workshop integrates workspace, display, event, and photography areas within a limited footprint. The challenge was to create a sense of openness while optimizing the use of limited space.

The Gallery/Walkway Space, finished in concrete, serves as both the main workspace and display area. Inspired by Renaissance principles of forced perspective, the boundaries of the space are angled to make the gallery appear three meters deeper, enhancing its sense of expansiveness.
A dedicated Photography Area features a seamless white infinity wall, carved as if from a monolithic block, offering a surreal backdrop for fashion shoots. The Change Rooms & Makeup Area are dark and enclosed, providing privacy and intimacy, contrasting with the gallery's openness.

The design emphasizes a play of perception, blurring the line between the tangible and imagined, transforming the workshop into a functional yet immersive space.
